A one-of-a-kind hand-built stoneware vessel with an asymmetrical, softly sculpted form and an organically shaped rim. A pale celadon glaze moves across the carved, faceted surface, while small pierced openings and subtle speckling give the piece a delicate, tactile character.
The vessel was sculpted by hand, finished with handmade glaze, and fired twice with soda ash in a gas kiln. Variations in color, texture, and surface markings are natural results of the firing process and form part of the unique character of the piece.
